Practice Overview
- Join a well-established Hematology and Oncology practice with deep roots in the community
- Predominantly outpatient care with limited inpatient consult responsibilities
- Shared call structure with no nights or weekend call
- Opportunity to participate in research and clinical trials if desired
- Stable referral patterns that support consistent patient volume
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Four and a half clinic days per week, with flexibility for reduced hours
- Average daily volume of 15 to 16 patients, allowing time for thoughtful care
- Built-in structure that prioritizes work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Generous base salary ranging from $650,000 to $700,000, plus bonus opportunities

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- MD or DO, with visa sponsorship available
- Comfortable managing both hematologic and solid tumor cases
- Open to both experienced physicians and recent fellowship graduates
