$650K guaranteed base + uncapped wRVU bonus | 4-day clinic week | $50K sign-on

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join a physician-led practice with an established referral base and an expanding cancer program. You'll have the autonomy of local decision-making, strong team support, and time to focus on your patients.

The Practice

• 50% hematology, 50% oncology, with an established referral base
• 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs, with a dedicated RN for each physician
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist support, with PRN vacation coverage
• Access to 54 specialties and Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds

The BVHS Cancer Care Center

• Medical and radiation oncology
• Expanded infusion suites and exam rooms
• New linear accelerator and CT simulator
• Onsite board-certified oncology pharmacist
• Clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation
• Onsite infusion, laboratory, pharmacy, and gynecologic oncology services
• Nutrition, social work, and tumor registry support

Schedule

• 4 clinic days plus 1 remote administrative day per week
• 1:4 inpatient call, with additional pay for excess call
• 6 weeks PTO/CME (240 hours)

Compensation & Benefits

• $650,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped wRVU bonus
• Total compensation potential of $660,000-$800,000+
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation
• $10,000 annual CME/board certification allowance
• Excess call pay of $600 per weekday and $1,800 per weekend day
