Hematology/Oncology Advance Practice Provider

Opening in Viera, Florida

Health First Cancer Institute (HFCI) is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead to join our growing Hematology/Oncology team in Viera, FL.

Key Responsibilities

•        Serve as a key liaison among five APPs, the physician team, and the broader Hem/Onc care team
•        Oversee clinical operations and workflow to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care
•        Facilitate communication within the multidisciplinary care team
•        Provide patient education on therapies and chemotherapy
•        Follow up on treatment orders and manage patient care proactively
•        Support APP professional development and mentoring

Qualifications

•        Licensed APRN or PA in Florida
•        Experience in Hematology/Oncology strongly preferred
•        Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
•        Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
